摘 要
随着城镇化进程的加快，保障性住房作为解决中低收入家庭居住问题的重要手段，在我国社会发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而，在传统的管理方式下，保障性住房的分配、管理和维护面临着一系列挑战，如申请过程复杂且耗时长，影响了群众享受政策福利的速度，各相关部门间缺乏有效的信息共享机制，导致数据分散、难以整合等问题。为解决以上问题，并提高保障性住房管理工作的效率与质量，因此开发一款Springboot城镇保障性住房管理系统。
通过构建城镇保障性住房管理系统可以实现业务流程自动化，简化操作步骤，减少人为错误，加速审批进度，系统实现包含多项关键功能，涵盖房源信息、房源申请、住房分配、留言板等多个模块。通过使用Spring Boot技术框架，实现了快速开发和灵活部署的优势，以及MySQL数据库管理数据持久化与安全性，能够有效支持系统功能的实现与扩展。
通过本文设计与实现的城镇保障性住房管理系统，构建一个高效、便捷、透明的城镇保障性住房管理系统，建立公开透明的信息发布渠道，确保所有符合条件的家庭都能平等地获取相关信息，同时，帮提供在线预约、查询等功能，方便民众办理各项事务。

Springboot Urban Affordable Housing Management System
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, affordable housing, as an important means to solve the housing problems of low – and middle-income families, plays an increasingly important role in China’s social development. However, under traditional management methods, the allocation, management, and maintenance of affordable housing face a series of challenges, such as the complex and time-consuming application process, which affects the speed at which the public can enjoy policy benefits, and the lack of effective information sharing mechanisms among relevant departments, leading to problems such as data dispersion and difficulty in integration. To address the above issues and improve the efficiency and quality of affordable housing management, a Springboot urban affordable housing management system has been developed.
By constructing an urban affordable housing management system, business processes can be automated, operational steps can be simplified, human errors can be reduced, and approval progress can be accelerated. The system includes multiple key functions, including housing information, housing application, housing allocation, message board, and other modules. By using the Spring Boot technology framework, the advantages of rapid development and flexible deployment have been achieved, as well as MySQL database management data persistence and security, which can effectively support the implementation and expansion of system functions.
Through the design and implementation of the urban affordable housing management system in this article, an efficient, convenient, and transparent urban affordable housing management system is constructed. An open and transparent information release channel is established to ensure that all eligible families can equally access relevant information. At the same time, online appointment and query functions are provided to facilitate the handling of various affairs by the public.
