摘 要
随着网络技术的发展、计算机应用水平的提高的扩大，原来仓库管理系统的时效性、数据的正确性、操作的方便性上都存在不足，已影响到仓库管理系统的正常使用。经过考察比较，决定利用自己的力量对仓库管理系统进行重新设计。使系统能利用软件开发技术的成果，方便菜单桌位包厢的管理。
本仓库管理系统是实现菜单信息的综合管理。本文主要对仓库管理系统的设计与开发过程进行了全面的介绍并对各子系统中的程序设计、操作流程、功能实现等进行了详细的解释。该管理信息系统通过SQLSERVER2000建立后台的数据库，利用JSP开发工具，实现了企业管理所需要的各项基本功能。

Abstract
Along with the development of network technology, computer application level of the expansion of the original liquor warehouse management system of timeliness, the correctness of the data, the convenience of operation are insufficient, has affected the normal use of beverage warehouse management system. Through the inspection comparison, decided to use their own strength to redesign beverage warehouse management system. The system can use the software development technology the achievement, convenient management menu table box.
This beverage warehouse management system is to realize the integrated management of menu information. This article mainly to the beverage warehouse management system design and development process in the comprehensive introduction of each subsystem and the program design, operation flow, function realization, has carried on the detailed explanation. The management information system through the establishment of the backstage database SQLSERVER2000, using JSP development tools, realized the need all the basic functions of enterprise management.

第1章 引言
1.1 选题背景
在计算机引入企业以前，仓库在运营的过程当中，要使用大量的人力分析保存维护各种信息以支持其各部门的工作，随着仓库企业的发展，业务也不断扩展，势必需要更多的雇员投入工作，然而人员的增加亦使企业成本加大，工作交互量增加，严重制约了企业的发展。随着计算机科学的进步，计算机开始在企业中普及，各种办公自动化软件亦应运而生。通过计算机所提供的高效准确的运算处理能力及低廉的成本投入，企业找到了新的生命力。国外的很多大企业，在上世纪八十年代就开始了对企业的信息化管理，比如美国著名的IBM，其员工、产品、都是完全依靠计算机系统管理。
酒类和水类的统称，可指酒、水、饮料等液体可饮用的水，用来招待客人的液体。此词主要应用于餐饮界。
近年来我国信息产业发展迅速，手工管理方式在企业信息管理管理等需要大量事务处理的应用中已显得不相适应，采用IT技术提高服务质量和管理水平势在必行。当前，经济全球化、市场化、信息化是一种不可逆转的趋势，随着我国加入世界贸易组织，经济全球化对我国企业的影响逐步加深，竞争也更加激烈。因此，企业必须提高其工作效率，改善其工作环境。这样，企业信息管理管理的信息化势在必行。
