Abstract
With the continuous rise of car ownership, the automobile aftermarket management system came into being, aiming to provide a comprehensive information solution for all links of the automobile industry chain. The system covers four parts of administrators, 4S stores, parts suppliers and users, with rich and diverse functions. Through the system, car owners can inquire vehicle information, make an appointment for after-sales service, conduct service evaluation, and obtain second-hand car related information; 4S stores can manage customer resources, arrange service time and track service evaluation to optimize service process; Parts suppliers can update inventory in real time and view order dynamics to ensure timely and accurate parts supply; The administrator is responsible for the overall system maintenance and data management to ensure the stable running of the system. The system uses Node.js as the server-side framework, uses JavaScript to realize back-end interaction, and stores massive data with MySQL database to ensure efficient and safe data processing. Through this system, the participants can exchange information and work cooperatively, promote the automobile aftermarket service to become intelligent and efficient, provide a more convenient and high-quality after-sales experience for automobile users, and help the automobile aftermarket industry to flourish.
