摘要
随着高校及公共学习空间对高效管理需求的提升,传统自习室预约方式通常依赖纸质登记或电话预订,不仅耗时费力,还容易出现信息不对称、资源分配不均等问题,已逐渐无法满足日益增长的学生需求。本研究设计的一款基于Python的自习室预约系统,主要的目的是通过技术手段优化自习室资源管理,提高预约效率与用户体验。
本系统基于Django框架开发,采用Python语言,数据库使用MySQL。系统前台有可以提供用户注册登录,可以搜索自习室信息,查看系统简介、在线进行预约,个人资料的修改。后台提供全面的数据管理功能,主要有自习室管理、系统简介发布、友情链接管理、变幻图管理、自习室预约管理等。此系统的运用可以实现对自习室资源的全面监控与灵活调整,也有助于提高自习室的管理效率。

Abstract
With the increasing demand for efficient management in universities and public learning spaces, traditional self-study room reservation methods often rely on paper registration or phone booking, which is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also prone to information asymmetry and uneven resource allocation, gradually unable to meet the growing needs of students. The main purpose of the Python based self-study room reservation system designed in this study is to optimize self-study room resource management through technical means, improve reservation efficiency and user experience.This system is developed based on the Django framework, using Python language and MySQL database. The front desk of the system provides users with the ability to register and log in, search for self-study room information, view system introductions, make appointments online, and modify personal information. The backend provides comprehensive data management functions, mainly including self-study room management, system introduction publishing, friendship link management, change chart management, self-study room reservation management, etc. The application of this system can achieve comprehensive monitoring and flexible adjustment of self-study room resources, and also help improve the management efficiency of self-study rooms.
