随着军事训练的不断发展，传统纸质档案存在保存空间大、检索困难、易损毁等弊端，而电子化管理则可以有效减少物理存储空间需求，提供快速精准的信息检索服务，并保障档案的安全性和完整性。为适应现代军事训练的需求，提高训练质量与管理水平，学员队军事训练档案信息管理系统因此诞生。
本系统基于Spring Boot框架开发后端，前端采用Vue.js，数据库使用MySQL。系统主要包括训练计划管理、档案管理、学员计划管理、成绩管理等功能模块，学员队军事训练档案信息管理系统能够实时掌握学员的训练状态，及时调整训练计划，确保训练效果最优化，在对于推动军事训练工作的信息化建设方面有重要意义，既满足了军队现代化建设的需求，也为培养高素质军事人才提供了有力的技术支撑。

With the continuous development of military training, traditional paper archives have drawbacks such as large storage space, difficult retrieval, and vulnerability to destruction. Electronic management can effectively reduce the demand for physical storage space, provide fast and accurate information retrieval services, and ensure the security and integrity of archives. In order to meet the needs of modern military training, improve training quality and management level, the military training file information management system for student teams was born.
This system is developed based on the Spring Boot framework for the backend, using Vue.js for the frontend and MySQL for the database. The system mainly includes functional modules such as training plan management, file management, student plan management, and score management. The military training file information management system for student teams can real-time grasp the training status of students, adjust training plans in a timely manner, ensure optimal training effects, and is of great significance in promoting the informationization construction of military training work. It not only meets the needs of military modernization construction, but also provides strong technical support for cultivating high-quality military talents.
