黑龙江省农业保险的探析
摘 要
农业是一个我国的立国之本，也是国民经济中的基础产业和战略产业。不过，农业也是一个弱势产业，农业保险是我国扶持农业的具体措施。黑龙江省作为我国重要的粮食产区，作为一个农业大省，农业风险集中，危害较大，农业保险的健康发展对黑龙江省的经济发展有着极其重要的作用。本文从农业保险的运行模式出发，结合黑龙江省农业保险发展的实际情况，具体阐述了农业保险发展过程中的制约因素，并提出加快农业保险发展完善的具体措施和建议，以期为相关职能部门和保险公司提供一些有用的建议。
